Neuse Sport Shop’s newest pro staffer with a very nice 1st Gobbler weighing in at 21lbs with 1-1/4 inch spurs sporting a 10″ beard. Awesome job Haywood, your Neuse family is proud of ya!

Kevin says, “Maybe this makes up for the puffer!” You can see that entry here. “Meat in the Box”, Kevin’s Mahi-mahi was caught on a blue and white Sea Striker Sea Witch with dead bait.

Wall of Fame – Tina Herrington

Tina Herrington with a nice Striper caught in the New Bern Area. Great fight on a Shimano Compre Medium action rod with a Rapala Rippin Rap. Caught and released for another day!

Wall of Shame: Kevin Herrington

This “puffer” fish is small but the taste is “BIG”! Catching them now out at Cape Lookout, using Betts Spec Rigs tipped with shrimp and a 2 ounce bank sinker to get to the bottom. You might even catch sea mullet in the process!
